I first met Morgan when I ended up DJing her birthday at Mulberry Project a couple months ago. Connected through a mutual friend, I soon learned about Morgan Clifford, her self-titled designer label, and fell in love with the chic, feminine designs! WHY NEW YORK CITY?

My family is close by in CT and I always knew I would go right to NYC after graduating from college. My first job was an assistant position at the popular fashion line, Alice + Olivia. Eight years later, I never see myself leaving. Lucky for me, my fiancee's career is here too.

THE CITY NEVER SLEEPS...WHAT TIME DID YOU GET TO BED LAST NIGHT?

I went to bed last night at 2 am. I was watching the Kardashians Season 10 on Hulu!

PLAY HOST FOR US... WHERE WOULD YOU TAKE US FOR

COFFEE - Dunkin Donuts -- they are all over and they have the best iced coffee. Medium caramel iced coffee with skim is my go-to.

DINNER - Quality Italian in midtown. The best chicken parm ever!

COCKTAILS - Fraunces Tavern, an old bar/restaurant I love right off of Wall Street. It's one of the oldest bars in the City. It's low key and quaint.

PARTYING - my couch! on a Friday night you can typically find me watching Netflix with sweatpants on. It's my favorite part of my week.

FAVORITE PROJECT SO FAR?

It's all really been my favorite. I can't just chose one. I love having people wear what I design it's so rewarding.

ANY CREATIVES YOU WANT TO COLLABORATE WITH?

There is this designer I follow on Instagram. He is pretty new too. His line is called 531 Jerome. I'm very intrigued by it and love it. He makes a lot of awesome jackets.

ARE YOU A "REGULAR" ANYWHERE?

I get my salad for lunch every day at a place called Balducci's.

DREAM DINNER PARTY -- WHICH 7 GUESTS WOULD YOU INVITE?

My fiancee-John, Taylor Swift, the Pope, Jesus, Leonardo DiCaprio, Walt Disney, Marilyn Monroe.

WHERE DO YOU SHOP?

I wear a lot of black. Black jeans, black t-shirts, and black jackets. I think it's a NY thing. My favorite places to shop are Zara, Intermix, and Saks.

DO YOU HAVE A MUSE?

I actually love the 60s -- but i like the 60s mixed with modern "motorcycle style." I can't think of one person who embodies this. The closest who comes to it is probably Cara Delevingne.

NYC FOREVER?

Yes, I see myself here forever. If I end up moving because of a family- I only see myself in a house outside of the City. I would love a pool and driveway. But for now the City is perfect.

FAVORITE SPOT?

I know a lot of people hate being in Times Square, but I love Broadway- so any chance I get to go up to the theaters and see a show.. I'm the happiest! My second favorite place is Battery Park. The new Brookfield place mall in the World Financial Center is gorgeous and I live close by.
